Once you feel comfortable with its execution then add chudan gyaku-zuki (middle counter-puch) after each defense.

 

• Chudan Uchi-uke (middle block in-outside) and Chudan Gyaku-zuki (middle counter-punch)

 

 

• Gedan-barai (downward block) and Chudan Gyaku-zuki (middle counter-punch)

 

• Shodan Age-uke (high block) and Chudan Gyaku-zuki (middle counter-punch)
