Kihon - Basic Level Practice
Action: In parallel stance, execute knife hand (shuto) strike with the palm down, shoulder level, adding the other hand to train action/ reaction. 10 times slow motion, followed by 20 times medium speed. Repeat on the other side.
Action: Start in parallel stance and execute knife hand (shuto) strike with the palm down, shoulder level, in back stance, stepping backward. 10 times slow motion, followed by 10 times medium speed. Return to parallel stance after each technique. Repeat on the other side. End with 20 repetitions more but alternating sides in each one of them.
